Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at returns@cribsi.com within 30 days after receiving your item so we can make it right. We will process your request within 5 business days. Once we process your request, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for sending your package.

When we receive your return:

  • If you requested a refund or if the item is no longer available, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • Otherwise, we will send you a replacement.

Refund Amount

  • If you are returning an item because it is defective or damaged, because you are disappointed with the product, or if the wrong item was shipped to you; we will issue a full refund of the purchase price & any sales tax you paid for that item. We will pay for the return label and we will not charge you any fees for your return.
  • If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind about the purchase, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We will issue a refund of the purchase price & any sales tax you paid for that item, but we will deduct the return shipping cost for that item.

 

Important Notice. Please always start your return by contacting us at returns@cribsi.com and include your order number. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items sent back to us without first requesting a return.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
