How much do you charge for shipping?

We do not charge you anything for shipping. All our products ship free in the US. You can find the details on our Shipping Policy page.

 

How long does shipping take?

The delivery time varies by product, and the estimated delivery times are shown on the product pages. Most of our products arrive in 3-5 working days; however, these are estimates only, so please allow 2 weeks for delivery. We will send you a tracking number when we ship your order, so you can track your shipment. You can find the details on our Shipping Policy page.

 

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please send an email to returns@cribsi.com, and we will attempt to cancel your order if it has not yet been processed. If the order has been processed, we will send you a return label instead.

 

Can I change my order?

Once your order is placed, unfortunately, you cannot change your order. However, if you send an email to returns@cribsi.com, we will attempt to cancel your order if it has not yet been processed, and you can create a different order. If the order has already been processed, we will send you a return label instead.

 

What’s the return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days after receiving it. Please send an email to returns@cribsi.com to start the process. You can find the details on our Returns Policy page.

 

Can I track the delivery of my order?

We will send you a tracking number when we ship your order, so you can track your shipment.

 

What happens if my order is lost in transit?

If your order is lost, please send an email to help@cribsi.com, so that we can track it down for you. If we cannot deliver your order to you within 2 weeks of when you placed the order, you can choose to receive a full refund, or if the products you ordered are in stock, you can choose a replacement instead.

 

How do I use a Cribsi gift card?

Simply shop for your items and add them to your cart. When you checkout your cart, enter your gift card number on the payment options page and complete your purchase.

 

What is the option to pay in installments on ShopPay?

When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into 4 equal, biweekly installment payments—with 0% interest, no hidden or late fees, and no impact on your credit score.* In some instances, your first payment is due when you make your purchase; otherwise, your first payment is due 2 weeks after your purchase.

Which payment methods are accepted if I use the option to pay Installments on Shop Pay?
The installments option on Shop Pay is available on debit and credit cards.

 

What if I make a return on a purchase made through Installments with Shop Pay?

If your refund amount is less than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect one or both of the following:
  • A smaller payment balance on the final payment
  • Less future payments on the remaining loan balance
If your refund amount is more than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect to receive the difference as a refund to your original debit card or credit card payment method within 3 to 10 business days.

 

Are there late fees?

No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.
